Mon école

Je fais mes études à l’ école principale de Žygimantas Augustas. Mon école a été

fondée en 1988 et se trouve à Šeskinė. En 2002 mon école a reçu le nom de Žygimantas Augustas .

Comme j‘ habite très près de l'école, j‘ arrive à l’ école à pied.

Mon école n’est pas grande. Elle a 4 étages. L'intérieur de mon école n'est pas très moderne, mais les salles de classe sont assez bien équipées et confortable. Les cours commencent à huit heures et finissent à deux heures de l‘ après – midi. J‘adore les récréations.

J'aime beaucoup l'environnement scolaire. Les salles de classe sont spacieuses et animées. Les professeurs sont toujours agréables et prêts à nous aider.

C'est très amusant que pendant la saison chaude, nous sommes libérés dans la cour de l'école. J'aime vraiment être loin d'une vie scolaire assez ordinaire, j‘adore m'asseoir à l'ombre des arbres et discuter avec mes amis. Cela m’ aide à bien me reposer. Alors pendants les leçons je me sens bien reposée, active et je peux apprendre facilement.

C’est dommage que cette année scolaire soit la dernière pour moi et je devrai quitter cette école. Je promets de toujours me souvenir mon école et mes professeurs.

A school is a place where people learn and study. Adults like telling us that a school is a temple of knowledge. I tend to agree with what they say at times. To add to, a school is a place where we gain our basic knowledge. I strongly believe, that for anyone, the school they studied, would be the most unforgettable place in the world!

I think I study in the best school in my city. It is called Žygimantas Augustas basic school. It is in Vilnius, in the district Šeškinė. By the way, it was founded in 1998, but it was named in honour of Grand Duke of Lihuania Žygimantas Augustas only in 2002.

My school is a four- story red building having classes for students from 7 to 14 years old. But it does not look like other typical schools. The lawn in front of my school gives it a royal look, really! There is a large yard around the school building, too. A lot of plants and trees grow in the yard of my school. There is a big playground for students to play and a stadium to do sports. Our classrooms are rather airy. Unfortunately, they aren‘t lit enough. I hope it will change soon.

My school runs in one shift. It starts at 8.00 am for all students and closes at 1.50 pm or an hour later for some older students. There is also a canteen in the school which is quite neat and offers hot food. There is a library in my school with number of interesting books of all kinds, too. We are allowed to borrow books from the library. Sometimes, during the breaks we go to the library for reading news on the net pages and magazines.

There are about seven hundred students in my school. Our principal Mr. Stanislovas Kaulius is a kind person. In our school, there are about 60 teachers who teach us with great care and attention. They always try to explain new things in a way that we can understand. They also try to help us to decide who we would like to become in the future. Moreover, here we can find our hobbies, because this school offers us a lot of after-school activities. In Žygimantas Augustas basic school we can test our knowledge and improve it. We can find the most interesting subject and practice it after the lessons. Here, there are a lot of interesting events for students, such as competitions, quizzes, fairs and sport events, organized by students and teachers.

I really like being a student at Žygimantas Augustas basic school and I hope, that this school will improve more and more. Good luck on its way!

My School

My name is Kamilė. I am studying at Žygimantas Augustas basic school. My school is in Vilnius. It is in Šeškinė. It was built in 1982. There are about 60 professional teachers and 700 students in my school.

My school in located in a nice place and it is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. Moreover, there are famous Ozas hills near my school, where there are a lot of people who come to enjoy nature in their free time.

Students come to school in different ways: one of them come by bus or by car, the other come on foot. I am happy that I can reach my school on foot because I live near by . My school has a lot of different classrooms. In my school, there are two gyms, where we do Physical Education, a canteen where we have our lunch. There is also a big auditorium, where we celebrate our school‘s festivals. It has also got football and basketball stadiums, too.

I love my school and I like spending my time there with my friends, classmates and teachers.

To sum up, my school is my castle where I spend the biggest part of my day and I am really very happy to study here.

My School

The name of my school is Vilnius Žygimantas Augustas basic school. It is located in Šeškines district near the big entertainment center Akropolis. It is one of the best schools in my city. The school building is renovated now and it looks beautifully. The school has four floors. There are a lot of classrooms here. All classrooms are bright. We have a comfortable and quiet library full of books and with a lot of computers there. We can look for information we need. We are happy that our school has two gyms and choreography hall where we can do sports and organize different sport events. I love and respect my school. I am happy I am in the 8 form. It is very pity that this year is my last year here.

So sum up, I would like to say that I am very proud to be the part of this school.

МОЯ ШКОЛА

Я живу в Вильнюсе и учусь в основной школе имени Жигиманто Аугусто. Школа названа в честь князя Жигимантаса Аугустаса. Он жил в XVI веке. Благодаря ему уровень образования начал расти, он провёл много важных реформ.

Наша школа основана в 1982 году. Реконструкция состоялась в 2013 году. В школе обучается более 700 учеников. Школа четырёхэтажная. В ней есть большой актовый зал, где проводятся интересные мероприятия или собрания общины. В школе также есть столовая, в которой можно пообедать или купить что-то вкусноe в буфете. Я думаю, что наша школа очень уютная, инновационная.

Обучение способствует здоровому образу жизни, большое внимание уделяется образованию учеников, эффективным методам обучения. В школе работают учителя высокой квалификации.

Я хожу в школу пешком, потому что живу рядом. Других учеников привозят родители, также дети прибывают на автобусе. В нашей школе ученики носят униформу. Девушки носят синие юбки, мальчики-брюки, а также выборочно - свитера или пиджаки.

Интересно отметить, что здесь учились баскетболист Миндаугас Кузьминскас, известные певцы Солярис и Тая.

Я надеюсь, что наша школа будет существовать долгое время и будет развивать свободных людей, умеющих общаться и сотрудничать, не забывающих об этнических корнях, людей, которые ценят традиционную культуру и толерантны к взглядам других.

МОЯ ШКОЛА

Я учусь в Вильнюсе. Моя школа называется основная школа им. Жигиманто Аугусто. Это очень хорошая четырёхэтажная школа. Она находится в микрорайоне Шешкине, адрес - улица Шешкинес, № 25. Недалеко расположен большой магазин ,,Akropolis’’, рядом - „LNK“ студия. Возле школы есть стадион, где школьники занимаются физкультурой.

Уроки начинаются в 8 часов и заканчиваются в 14 часов. До школы дети едут на автобусах, идут пешком, некоторых привозят родители.

В школе есть библиотека, актовый зал, три спортивных зала, учебные кабинеты. Иногда у нас бывают дискотеки и концерты.

Учителя здесь очень хорошие, потому что всегда помогут и поймут. Я очень довольна, что учусь в этой школе.

MEINE SCHULE

Meine Schule heißt Vilnius Žygimantas Augustas Hauptschule. Die Schule ist in Šeškinė. Ich wohne nicht weit von der Schule und gehe in die Schule zu Fuß oder manchmal fährt mich mein Vater.

Das Schulgebäude ist groß und rot. Neben der Schule ist ein Stadion. Das Stadion ist nicht so groß. Aber wir haben viele Bäume im Hof und ich finde der Hof ist toll.

Die Schule ist fünfunddreißig Jahre alt. Das ist mehr als meine Jahre zweimal! Cool! Meine Schule hat über siebenhundert Schüler. So schön! Ich mag die Vilnius Žygimantas Augustas Hauptschule sehr, besonders alle Lehrer und Lehrerinnen. Sie sind qualifiziert und gut für alle Schüler.
